All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
For security, we may upgrade delivery (first-time or high-value orders) to signature required at no extra charge on orders over $150.

Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@thegrindnevaends.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist you.
